With extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry as a tenant representative and developer, specializing in datacenter transactions and site selection, has yielded a deep understanding of commercial real estate leases, datacenter development, colocation contracts and service level agreements. Michael’s former employers include Digital Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle, Base Partners, and The Staubach Company. Michael currently serves as President of 7×24 Exchange International Southern California Chapter and Chapter Relations Director for 7×24 Exchange International.
